Playdates

We have been filling our time with lots of playdates over the last week. Today we met Erin and Cooper at Anchor Park. Cooper was in Mary Grace's preschool class last year and I worked with Erin's husband, Matt.

Even though both boys played independently a lot, I think they both had fun. It was perfect fall weather - sunny and cool enough to wear pants and long sleeves without getting hot. Carter really enjoyed playing in the large sand box. Rylan got fussy right away in the stroller so I put him in the Bjorn and he was content the rest of the time we were at the park.

Unfortunately I never got out my camera so I don't have any pictures to share. We stayed about an hour and a half before both older boys started getting hungry. Erin is due with their third baby in December but we are hoping to get together often over the next few weeks.

We moved Rylan to his own room on Friday and so far it has not been going very well. He has not been sleeping well at all in his crib. He's been waking up even more often. We are so tired that we put him down in our room tonight in an effort to get more sleep. We really need to figure out a way to get him to sleep better at night soon!
