Since I have a new phone that actually takes descent pictures, I've been less likely to carry my cameras around with me everywhere or go searching for one. However, then I forget about those pictures when I think about posts I can do. So here are a few pictures I've taken this week with my phone ...
Rylan got a few pimples on his face a couple of weeks ago. He left them alone for awhile but then his scratching tendencies emerged during a nap. He ended up with a bloody face and pillow. He still wouldn't leave his face alone so I put a bandaid on his face to try to prevent scratching (it worked but when the bandaid came off, it took a little skin with it - luckily he's let that heal).
On Monday we had a super-sized playdate at our house. There were 5 moms and 10 children at our house besides us (with only one being older than Carter, and she was the ONLY girl). I only took one picture and it's of Radnor (Rylan's best buddy from school) in Rylan's stuffed animal bin.
On Wednesday I took Rylan to the downtown library for storytime with Missy and her kids. It was packed and we had to sit in the back (it was super rainy and I didn't get there quite as early as normal).
We played in the children's library for awhile after storytime. Rylan liked playing at puppet stage with the elephant.
Will and Rylan spent FOREVER playing games on the computers ...
When I picked Carter up from school on Wednesday, there were these counting sheets on the wall outside his classroom. There was a note saying that each child got a bag of M&Ms, sorted them by color, and counted each group. The note said the best part was eating the M&Ms.
I knew better though. Even though Carter had almost all orange M&Ms (like his hair, as he told Ms. Anne), he wouldn't eat the candy. Ms. Anne and I agreed that we've never known ANYONE not to like M&Ms. (Carter does like other chocolate candy though.)
