Sunsphere

We took Brian's parents down to the Sunsphere at World's Fair Park today. The World's Fair came to Knoxville in 1982 and the Sunsphere is now a famous landmark in Knoxville.


The Sunsphere is open to the public and you can ride an elevator up to an observation floor.



This was the first time Brian and I have been to the Sunsphere - it was worth the drive downtown to check it out. We walked around World's Fair Park for awhile after but it was really hot so we didn't stick around too long.
