Puddles

A couple of weeks ago we met Missy and her boys at Centennial Park.  It had been raining some but we hoped that we might be able get in a little outside time between showers.  However, it was pouring when we all got there.  We decided to meet at the train since it is under an awning.

We stayed out of the rain for a little bit, but then the boys got closer and closer to it.

And then the boys decided they wanted to jump in some puddles.  This was the first time my boys had really done this - they've only jumped in a few puddles on the way to the car and stuff.  We'd never just went out specifically to jump in them.

Missy however does this all the time so her boys are pros and my boys just watched for a bit!

Luke know how to wear some mud!

After drying (and cleaning) up, we headed to the Nashville Library to watch The Frog Prince.

We saw this play a couple of times last year but the boys still enjoyed it and it was a good dry activity!
