Carseats

Loading two boys into convertible carseats has always been time consuming. There are often times I'll skip a stop or two when running errands because I'm so tired of unloading the kids into a stroller and cart and then reloading them into the car.

Putting them into the car has gotten increasingly difficult over the past few weeks. Rylan is arching his back while screaming almost every time I try to put him in his seat. After some time and a little gentle force, I'm able to get him buckled in. And then, about 50% of the time, Carter just doesn't want to get into his seat at all. He wants to climb around the car and visit with Rylan. When he has his mind made up that he doesn't want to get in his seat, there isn't even a bribe that will work. He requires force which usually causes crying and screaming.

Hopefully this stage ends quickly for both boys!
