When I was pureeing the carrots I had steamed, Carter asked for some. He hasn't eaten carrots since he was a baby so I wasn't sure he'd like them once they were in his mouth (plus they were already pureed).
I was wrong - he loved them! I kept giving him spoonful after spoonful. Eventually I had to cut him off so that I had some for Rylan and a little more to freeze for a future feeding.
Brian fed Rylan for the first time today. And Rylan could not stop smiling at him. I'm surprised the carrots didn't end up all over Brian because Rylan kept laughing too.
Only the first bite got a yucky expression ...
"You're so funny, Daddy!"
"Gimme those carrots!"
"Yummy!"
"This is hilarious!"
