Hip Hop Class

Carter had is first hip hop class at DC Dance Factory today.  He missed the first week (last week) because we were at the beach and he was both nervous and excited about the class today.

So Carter is taking hip hop on Mondays from 5 to 5:45 pm and then tumbling right after from 5:45 to 6:15 pm.  The hip hop class has 2 instructors and one of them is the owner of the studio - Daryl Campbell.

Unfortunately I had to leave early (Brian took over for me) because I had to go to the boys' preschool for orientation.  And I didn't get home until after they were in bed so I don't know if Carter liked the classes or not.

I got a photo of Carter in the INSANE waiting area before class started (there are a ton of kids and parents in there!).

In the waiting area, there are tv screens showing each studio room so Rylan and I got to watch Carter (you can only see his leg in the bottom right in this picture).

I was the dorky mom and took a video of the tv below :)  He's still in the bottom right corner.

Random, but Carter's friend Sophie is taking a dance class at the same time (Lauren and I had no idea).  So now I have a friend to hang out with during class.  And Lauren has a son a little younger than Rylan so they can play together while we all wait - yay!
