Evening Walk

Since we just put down new grass seed in the backyard, we haven't been letting Charlotte out there because we know she'll tear it up.  So we've been taking her out on a leash to the front yard to do her business and have been trying to take her for a walk in the evenings.  Brian was out of town this week (he just got back tonight), so the boys and I took her on a super long walk tonight (we were gone almost an hour).

There is still a lot of construction in our neighborhood.  I think there are at least a dozen homes under construction right now (with the majority already sold).  The boys love to go in houses that are under construction (which I did not let them do tonight since we had Charlotte and it was just me with them).

Our neighborhood surrounds a historic house built in 1830.  It was recently spruced up again and was especially pretty tonight.
