Zoo w/ Grandma

We went to the zoo for awhile on Thursday (we got there a little after noon and left around 2 pm).  And it was super crowded due to it being spring break.  We headed to the playground first and the boys were super excited that the mats were dry this time.  They jumped off one of the benches dozens of times.

The simplest things are the best!

We were at Opry Mills earlier in the day and my mom bought the boys new hats (one of my children is definitely grumpier than the other).

After putting up with the crowds for too long, we went to the animal show amphitheater.  Even though we've been to the zoo dozens of times, we've never stopped by the amphitheater.  We got there early to get seats and had snacks while we waited for the show to start.  That particular show was called "Animal Allstars" though it was shorter than normal because it was still too cold for about half the animals.  But it was still good and the boys were engaged the entire show.
